About Stacy

Raised in a farm county in Ohio, I was a 4-H kid with the backyard, fields and forest as my playground. My parents were educators, and I, a lifelong avid reader, hold a BA in English and Literature with sub specialties in Women’s Studies and Women’s Literature.

I have spent the last two decades supporting others in seeking a more healthful and balanced life, and come to you with over 25 years of specialized knowledge and experience in holistic health and wellness.

After years of studying and understanding the critical importance of nutrition, movement, meditation, self care and awareness, my journey led me to the captivating, magical world of herbal medicine and natural supplementation.

Many of you will recognize me as your Wellness Specialist at Weaver Street Market, Hillsborough, and there's a good chance we have already conversed!
